"I do not recommend this company. I’ve been with them for 20 years. I was recently in a flood, filled a claim with my comprehensive insurance. Denied!!!!! I pay for comprehensive insurance for coverage and they denied me after the water was 15 inches high in my car is only 6 inches high. I was severely flooded..
Also, I had a life insurance policy with them of which I paid $15,000 over the course of eight years and the incompetence to find out I was paying for the policy, but I never owned the policy. It was not in my name that the person I had the policy with could’ve made any changes to it…. Basically, it’s incompetence Julie that works for State farm. It’s been there probably 40 years. She didn’t fill out the proper paperwork so I did pay them at my debit card for eight years $15,000 however I never owned the policy so that’s extremely incompetent. When the previous owner was with State farm, things were run extremely different. I can’t explain it.. I do not recommend this company."

"I have been with State Farm for many years but a little while ago my old office closed and my record was moved to Carl Nguyen's office and I have to say that I am AMAZED and BLOWN AWAY with the EXCELLENT customer service this office has and what an amazing, wonderful, nice staff they are. They really work with you and help you get the best deal. Gabi, Alesha and Angie are such wonderful and amazing girls. I can not thank them enough for always helping me out and looking out for my best interest. I even received a birthday card from them! I have never received a birthday card from State Farm before and that made me feel so special so thank you Carl! You have a wonderful and amazing staff and team. If you are looking for Insurance company please go to Carl, you won't regret it I promise you! The service you receive here is unheard of and rare. It's the BEST!
